- 2 hours in the private party room, including set up and clean up

Terms of Rental
It is important to be clear that booking an event does NOT grant the booking party permission to ignore Rules set out by Retro Oasis. Please confirm rules with staff prior to booking. Paying Retro Oasis to use the space also does not grant the right to disrespect the staff or access areas deemed off limits. Retro Oasis reserves the right to decline a private event booking request or cancel a private event prior to its start time. If Retro Oasis cancels an event booking prior to the event start time, the deposit will be refunded.
We enjoy putting on events and hope the attendees enjoy using our facilities, but we will not tolerate staff abuse. Retro Oasis reserves the right to cancel an event / private booking in progress and ask some or all attendees to leave without a refund if they see fit.
